Dr. Kala Morales was born and raised in Venezuela, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2011 from The Central University of Venezuela. Her interest in endodontics began long before dental school—after experiencing a root canal as a young patient, she never forgot the relief, compassion, and comfort her dentist provided. That moment showed her how profoundly endodontics can change someone’s life, and it shaped the path she would one day follow.
Driven by that early experience, Dr. Morales pursued advanced endodontic training at the prestigious International University of Catalunya in Spain, completing her residency and research program in 2015. After several years of practicing abroad, she moved to the United States and, committed to excellence, re-earned her credentials. She completed a second endodontic specialty program at UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry—an institution known for its rigorous clinical education, internationally recognized faculty, and state-of-the-art technology.
Dr. Morales combines her extensive international training with a deeply empathetic, patient-centered approach. She understands that root canals and microsurgical procedures can feel overwhelming, and she is dedicated to providing an experience that is calm, supportive, and tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Her goal is for every patient to feel heard, cared for, and genuinely comfortable throughout their visit.
Colleagues appreciate Dr. Morales for her clinical precision, clear communication, and collaborative spirit. She places great value on strong partnerships with referring dentists and ensures that each patient receives exceptional care, consistent follow-up, and outcomes they can confidently trust.
She is ABE Board Eligible and an active member of the AAE, ADA, TDA, Greater Houston Dental Society, Hispanic Dental Association, and the European Society of Endodontology.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and young daughter, and finds peace at the beach—a place that always reminds her of home.
